Adena began her journey at a young age. An onset of some major health issues was her first real awakening. Acclaimed author and speaker Louise Hay was the first to inspire Adena to go within and get in tune with her emotional and physical bodies.

Dabbling in all types of books, mentors, and classes, she thrived on knowledge, always seeking, asking why? Growing up her friends always came to her for advice. People would say that she was an inspiration to them. It wasn’t until now that she realized why.
